Our inspectors are certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the only home inspector training program that is accredited by a US Department of Education recognized agency. We adhere to comprehensive Standards of Practice and are required to stay up to date with the industry’s most rigorous continuing education courses.
Caring Approach
We encourage our clients to be present (if possible). The home inspection is not just a transaction to us. We truly care that our clients feel taken care of and educated about their new home after the inspection. We take the time to answer any questions & concerns you may have so that you feel more confident in your decision.
Continued Resources
Our job is not done when the inspection finishes. We like to be a resource for all of our clients home needs during and after the home inspection. We provide our clients with an online community as a resources for all things home maintenance and repairs. We also leave each client with a “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” book for more information on their home along with a free utility concierge service for their move.
Same Day Reports
We deliver easy-to-understand inspection reports in a digital format the same day, complete with photos and notes on areas of concern. Once completed, a link to the report is sent via email.
