Prior to moving to the Spokane area, Amy worked for over 5 years as a Technical Writer for an engineering company and most recently as a Realtor in Idaho. It was after working as a Realtor for a short time that she realized her passion was for the home inspection side of real estate. She has worked on several home remodels over the last decade and spent her childhood climbing on the roof or following her dad into the crawlspace.
Amy joined Home Pride Inspections in early 2021 because she wanted a more flexible work schedule as a single mom.
Amy is licensed through the state of Washington and a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI. Her love of learning and helping others complements Home Pride Inspection’s desire to educate their clients during the home inspection process.
Amy and her son have settled in the Green Bluff area and enjoy spending time with their cat, exploring the woods on their property, and planning their future hobby farm.
