Whether you’re a first time home buyer or a seasoned home owner there is always a worry that you are going to buy a money pit of a house. A house that is going to cost you a lot of money in unknown repairs.
The home buying process tends to be very emotionally led. You usually choose a home that you fall in LOVE with. One that you can see your family growing up in. This can sometimes cause you to look past some major issues. So, I have created a checklist to help you spot some of those red flag items while touring a home.
